My Board View allows you to store files that can be accessed by your Board members, as well as store files that are only available to your Administrators.

In the navigation panel on the left, you will see File and Admin Files. In both areas, you can create folders and subfolders and upload and download documents.

Files are accessible to all users of My Board View.

Admin Files are only accessible to users with the Permissions Level of Admin. This is a good location to store documents related to your Board activities that are not appropriate to be shared with your Board members themselves.
