Automated reports - Donation Digest
Silent Partner Cloud will automatically send users their Account Activity and Monthly Contribution reports.
For this to be enabled the user must provide an email address to send to, and Donation Digest must be set up under "My Account."
If Donation Digest is not visible, then the user's permissions need to be edited to include "Can Schedule Reports."
Go to Admin Settings > Cloud users. Locate the user and identify the Roles assigned to them.
Then go to Admin Settings > Roles & Groups. Find the appropriate Role at the top of the page and identify the Security Group.
Scroll down and locate the Security Group for that customer and click the green arrow to view permissions.
In the drop-down, select "Can Schedule Reports" and then click "Set Permission."
