Groups
A Security Admin takes care of staff
members' access to the Cloud: login and password, roles, groups, connector
assignments and GL assignments.
A DMS Admin deals with things related to
donors and donations that regular users cannot do: like running e-receipts and
approving donor profile changes.
The same
user can be given both the DMS admin and the security access roles; or each
role can be given to a different person. It depends on the needs of your organization.
Users in the
"CRM All Accounts" group
have access to all donors and all donations.
Users in the
"CRM Selected Accounts"
group have access to the donors and GL accounts that have been assigned to them
by their administrator.
