Exporting Data for MapMyPartners from Silent Partner Cloud
Please login to the Cloud and select Reports
In the Reports menu, please select Account Activity
If you have more than one office, please select the desired one, if not select All My offices
Select the appropriate dates in the Donations from and To Fields.
Select from which Account(s)
Please select Donor Subtotals>>Excel
Make sure to remember where you saved it
Open the Excel file and remove unnecessary columns (Donorno, Amt, Last Name, Attention, Salut, Formal Salutation, Receipt Line, Label Line, Title, Suffix, Spouse)
You are done!
