Exporting Data for MapMyPartners.com from Silent Partner Desktop
Step
1
Create your list of Donors you want
to export the details for. This can be done either by tagging names using
the checkbox beside their names and then clicking on the filter button, or by
creating a filter/scope.

Create the Merge File

Here is where you create the
Merge File
Please take note that it is when you
click the "Create" button that the Merge File is Created.
Step 4
Open up the Merge File you created in Excel and
familiarize yourself with it; in particular with the names of the column
headers. If there are extra columns that you don't need, feel free to delete
them. When done, close Excel.
