Extracting email addresses from donors for a newsletter
Start off by going to the donor list and click on the Filter button
From the Donor table (1), please select (2) Email addresses (all or part) make sure (3) to leave the boxes blank and hit (4) Query
In the Query Builder, please select e-mail address not empty and hit Run query
This will bring up your list of donors with an email address. Your next step is to hit the Envelope button and select Export E-mails in scope to text file
Here you will presented with how to separate the email addresses
Make sure to remember where you want to save the text file!
Here you can copy/paste all the email addresses to your favorite email client and send off your newsletter or whatever correspondence you'd like to do
