FireFox and Receipt History in Silent Partner Cloud
If you view a receipt PDF from within the Receipt History page of Silent Partner Cloud while using FireFox as your web browser, FireFox gives you the option to open the PDF in FireFox. This appears to result in a blank page.
There are two options to resolve this issue.
Option 1
Although it appears to open a blank page, FireFox does in fact download the PDF to your computer. If you copy the file path from FireFox
You can paste it into File Explorer (location underlined below) to open the PDF.
Option 2
In FireFox, select Open with Adobe Acrobat Reader.
