How to cancel a recurring donation
If a donor contacts you and wants to cancel their recurring donation, follow the steps below.
Log into Glass Register and go to your Donations list.
Use the filter options at the top of the list to narrow down the donations by the Donor's Name, Email, or the Donation Date.
Once you've found the donation you want to cancel, click the Cancel icon to the far right to cancel it.
Confirm you want to cancel it, and you're all set!
Please Note: Cancelling a recurring donation only stops future payments from that donor; it does not reverse or refund any previous donation(s) made by that donor.
