How to cancel a recurring donation
If a donor contacts you and wants to cancel their recurring donation, follow the steps below.
1. Log into Glass Register and go to your Donations list. Filter the list of donations down to just the Recurring donations.
2. Scroll all the way to the right, and you'll see a button to cancel the recurring donation. Click it.
3. Confirm you want to cancel it.
Please Note: Cancelling a recurring donation only stops future payments from that donor; it does not reverse or refund any previous donation(s) made by that donor.
