To configure or create different user permissions, go to Settings > Company Configuration
Under the section Company-wide Permissions, you will be able to select what Supervisors can see in their employees' profiles as well as the ability for Employees to edit some information on their own profile.
If you look in the User-Specific Permission Levels section you will notice a number next to every Permission Level. If you click on the number you will see which employees have this permission level.
To add a new level, just click on the New Permission Level and you will get the following pop-up.
Provide a Name for your new Permission Level and select which options people assigned this level should have.
