How to create Custom Fields

Your Partner HR Administrator can create custom fields that are displayed in staff or volunteers' Profiles.

To create custom fields, go to Settings > Setup > Company Configuration.


Scroll down the page until you get to Profile and Template Customisation, and click the + icon to create your custom field.

Provide the name of the custom field, then select which section of the Profile you want this field to appear in.


Select what type of field this should be: Checkbox, Numeric or Text.


Finally, click "Create Custom Field" to save it.

The new field will now be visible in the section of the Profile you selected.

Changes to this field will be logged in the Audit Trail for that user.




Adding Custom Fields to Templates

Once the custom field has been created, Admin users can add the custom fields to templates. This ensures that custom field(s) are available to users when an Activity is created using that Template.
