How to edit statuses in PHR?

Managing Activity Status allows you to control who can approve, review, or cancel a request or activity for each Department. See the instructions below for you to edit the statuses.

Click the "Settings" menu, then click "Statuses" under "Category and Activity Configurations."

On the Activity Status, click the "Pencil" icon to edit the Status options.

The checkboxes indicate who has permission to assign a status to each type of Activity you may have. For each type of Activity, put a check mark under any user type(s) who should have permission to assign statuses to Activities. When you're done, click the "Save" to save the changes.
