How to export a report in Advanced Reporting to Excel
If you do not see Advanced Reporting when you log in to Silent Partner Cloud, speak to your Silent Partner Admin to request that your permissions are changed.
To export a report in the "Advanced Reporting" module of Silent Partner, find the report you need to export and highlight it by clicking in the centre of the tile.
The fourth button from the left on the tool bar is an Excel icon. Beside the Excel icon is a small arrow. Click the arrow to select the format you wish to export the report to. In this example we'll select Excel.
The report will download to the Downloads folder on your computer. When you open the file you might receive a warning that the file format and extension don't match and that the file might be corrupt or unsafe. This is normal. Click "Yes" to open the file.
