How to free up the user count allotment on the Cloud


Inactive Cloud users will continue to count towards your license allotment if they are assigned to a user group. To free up more licenses, remove inactive users from user groups.


Choose an INACTIVE user by clicking on the green arrow at the end of the row.




Go to the group assignments section and click on the red X beside any group(s) listed to




Confirm removal by clicking on the Remove user from this group. 




As long as the user has an assigned group, a license will be allocated to that user.
