How to direct donors to a dedicated thank you page on your website
Glass Register provides two options for saying thank you to donors who give through your donation form:
- It can present a pop-up thank you message to the donor (Glass Register uses this as its default behaviour), or
- If your organization has set up a dedicated thank you page on your website, Glass Register can redirect donors to this page.
To redirect donors to a dedicated thank you page on your site, follow the instructions below.
Log into Glass Register and in the left side panel of buttons, click "Forms." Click the Edit button on your donation form:
Once in your form, go to the Settings tab:
Turn on the toggle to tell the form to redirect the thank you message to another page, then put the URL for the thank you page in the Redirect URL field. Finally, click "Save" to save your changes:
