I need to do a query at the end of each month to issue tax receipts to those who have not requested annual receipts. How should I do this?

There is an easy way to do this:

  1. From the receipt screen select on the icon “Receipts all in scope” (or click on the F5 key).
  2. At the top of the window there is a check-box that allows you to include or exclude annual-receipt donors. If you uncheck this box that should do what you need.
  3. From here select to month cut off date and that will print the required receipts.
  4. Print the receipts (you should preview first to make sure all looks correct).
