Version 5.24 or higher uses a new receipt correction interface. If you are using version 5.24 or higher, please refer to this article.
There are times when a donor needs a second copy of their receipt; perhaps they misplaced it or it got lost in the mail. In those instances, you need to issue what is called a “Replacement Receipt.”
Step 1:
Go to the receipt printing screen.
Step 2:
Select the donor who requires a replacement receipt and click on the “Replacement Receipts” button.
Step 3:
Choose the receipt you wish to print a replacement for, select “View Replacement” then click Proceed. If you are satisfied with the receipt, go back and choose “Print Replacement.”
