We’re excited to share what’s new in this release across Glass Register and Sumac. This update focuses on improving donation experiences, streamlining day-to-day tasks, and making a number of improvements based directly on customer feedback.

✨ What’s New

Beautiful New Donation Page Layouts

You now have three new donation page layouts to choose from:

• Full Page

• Sidebar

• Landing Page

Your donation forms will look even more complete and professional when you add an image or an Impact Description to show donors how their donations make a difference to your cause!

When creating a new form, you will have the option to choose between a:

• Hosted form - this allows you to choose which of the three new layouts you’d like to use

• Embedded form - this provides simple, clear instructions for embedding your form right on your website!

Note: these layouts apply to the hosted-version of your donation forms, and are available during onboarding, when creating new forms, and when editing existing forms—giving you more flexibility to match your website and fundraising goals.

To edit any of your existing forms, click the new Deploy button to choose your layout options.

Note: if your form is already embedded on your organization’s website, you’ll notice improvements to the look and feel of buttons, fields, and headers in your form!

Re‑Send Donation Receipts

Need to resend a receipt to a donor? You can now:

• Re-send a single receipt, which emails your donor a copy of their receipt instantly.

• Re-send all receipts for a donor, which emails donors a link so they can view and download any receipts they need!

This is ideal for addressing donors’ requests for receipts as they prepare for tax season. Whether they’ve misplaced just a single receipt, or need a copy of receipts for all their monthly donations, you can resend receipts with ease!

Weekly and Monthly Reporting

Glass Register now sends you weekly and monthly report emails directly to your inbox showing notable donation stats, like:

• Total amount raised

• Fees saved

• Number of new donors, and 

• Individual email notifications when you receive a new donation

These emails make it easier to keep a pulse on how your donation forms are performing at a glance.

Note: these notifications will be enabled by default. If you wish to adjust your notification preferences, log into Glass Register and go to Settings > Notifications to choose your preferences.

🛠 Improvements & Fixes

E‑Card Improvements

• New seasonal E-Cards, including default messaging that fits the theme of each card

Donations & Emails

• The Donations page has been moved into its own section, making it easier for you to find and review all donations

• Receipts can be previewed directly from the Donations page

• You can now have separate, unique thank you emails for one‑time vs. monthly donations allowing you to send a more tailored thank to your your donors based on their type of gift

• Missing mail merge codes added to receipt and email template editors

Admin, Reporting & Reliability

• More accurate refund data reflected in your Donations list

• Better export filtering with date range controls

• French translation improvements in donation forms

• Numerous fixes to improve stability, clarity, and data accuracy
