Silent Partner Tech Specs and Minimum Requirements
This article summarizes the minimum technical specifications and system requirements for any machine accessing Silent Partner.
Silent Partner Desktop
• Minimum Desktop Requirements: Windows 10; 4GB ram; Dual Core or Higher, network access
• Recommended: Windows 10 or higher, 8GB ram; 3GB HD, network access.
If you are using a Multi-User instance of Silent Partner, you should also have access to any shared folders for your team.
Silent Partner Cloud
• Access to a dedicated high-speed internet connection
• Current Version of your Web Browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, IE Edge).
Silent Partner Cloud users must stay up to date with their chosen web browser’s version updates to ensure optimal performance of Silent Partner Cloud.
It is possible to run Silent Partner's desktop console on a Mac, but it is not recommended. For more information on what third-party apps are required, please see this article.
