View and Approve Pending Changes in the Cloud
Here is how you view and approve Pending Changes. From the Organization Tab, please select Pending Changes:
You will be presented with a drop down menu, please select "Awaiting Approval" click on the green Button labeled "Approve Donor Change" for any donors that show that button. Then go back to the drop down and choose "Ready for Download"
Here you will see the list of names that need to be approved. By clicking on the green arrow to the right of their name it will show you their information and the yellow highlighted parts are what was edited.
In this case with ACME Corp. and Bob Amir, the next you time you sync their file will be updated with the new information.
