Doing a word search in the comments field in Silent Partner desktop
This feature is really helpful when searching for an old address as the system will place the old address in the Comments field.
From your Donors screen, please click on the Filter icon (1), from the Donor Table (2) select Word(s) in comments (3) and then please click on Set Filter (4)
Once the Set Filter button is clicked, the Word(s) to find in donor comment field will appear. Enter (1) your word or phrase to locate. In this example, we are looking for SPEEDWAY. Please click on Apply (2)
Here is your search result(s) for SPEEDWAY. In the donor profile, please double click (1) on the name. In the Other Tab (2) you will see the comments field with the word SPEEDWAY.
