Societ is constantly working to improve our software, as a result there are constant updates to the application. Customers should try and update the software every couple of months, or whenever an update notification is sent out.
Open Silent Partner and Login
From the Main Screen click Help → Check for program updates.
If this gives you an error, please check your Internet connection and try again after a few minutes. If the error message persists, please send an email to support@silentpartnersoftware.com.
The software will download the necessary files. Click “OK” to restart Silent Partner
Reopen Silent Partner. The system will automatically run a Complete Checkup.
If the check-up does not automatically run after reopening Silent Partner, please run one manually. It can be manually run from here: Maintenance → Master Data Dictionary → Complete Check-up. (If you need help please contact Silent Partner support.)
