How to adjust the One time and Monthly settings on your donation form
Glass Register forms can accept both one-time and monthly recurring donations. By default, Glass Register forms will be have the "Monthly" option pre-selected to encourage donors to consider making a greater commitment to your organization.
However, if you'd like to adjust the form to pre-select "One time" donations instead, you can adjust this default setting. Here's what to do:
Log into Glass Register, and in the left side panel, click "Forms" to go to see all of your donation forms.
Hover your mouse over the form you want to edit, and click the "Edit" icon.
This will open a new screen where you can see all the fields in your form and make changes. On the "Recurring Button Group" field, click the Settings icon:
Change the Default Value from "Monthly" to "One time" instead:
Click OK, then click "Save" in the top right to save these changes to your form.
Moving forward, your donation form will pre-select "One time" donations instead of Monthly.
