Recurring Donations in Glass Register
Glass Register supports one-time and recurring monthly donations processed via Stripe. This guide covers how recurring donations are processed in Glass Register and how to manage them.
How Recurring Donations Work
After a donor submits a recurring donation, Glass Register triggers each subsequent monthly payment. It will initiate the payment with Stripe so the funds are deposited into your bank account. Each payment is recorded as a Recurring donation type in Glass Register.
All donations are automatically receipted upon processing, including each subsequent recurring donation.
Donors must contact you directly to cancel or make changes to their recurring donation.
How to View and Manage Recurring Donations
Log into Glass Register, and navigate to Donations.
- To review or edit a donation, select it from the list
- To view cancelled recurring donations, click Show/Hide Cancelled Recurring to toggle visibility.
Cancelled donations are hidden by default to keep the list cleaner.
