Modern and Robust Infrastructure

We have upgraded the entire Silent Partner Cloud infrastructure to a new, more robust system to boost performance and efficiency of the whole application. You may notice slight modifications to the user interface as well, but the core functionality and features remain the same!

New "Edit Donor" Button

Now you can start editing a donor record while viewing it in the CRM with the new “Edit Donor” button:

New "Never Send Receipts"

Receipts for donors marked as “Never send receipt” in Silent Partner Desktop will now be automatically archived in Silent Partner Cloud after a sync. These receipts will appear in the Receipt History with the status “Archived - not sent." And just in case a donor requests a copy in the future, these receipts will still be available for reprocessing. For more information, check out this article on the Never Send Receipt function.

New HTML Editor for Receipt Forms and Say Thanks Messages

We've put a new, more reliable and user-friendly HTML Editor in place for Receipt Forms and Say Thanks mailings. This will make customizing receipt forms and composing personalized thank you messages easier and more convenient for you!

Mail Chimp Integration

The MailChimp integration module has been updated to make transferring donors from Silent Partner Cloud to MailChimp smoother; and we added some help text with useful tips too!
