Can I set up Board Profiles for them?

It is not possible to set up Board Profiles before sending the Invitation.

My Board View is designed to allow you to access all of your Boards in one central place, with one log-in. What connects those various Boards to the user is the user's email address. 

Let's say you are already using My Board View for Charity A.  Now Charity B has started using it.  My Board View knows you are the same person - and should be able to access both Charity A and Charity B when working in My Board View - by identifying your email address.  

Your name, email address and phone number are the same across all of your Boards in My Board View.

This is why the first step to creating a profile is to send an email invitation. Once your name, phone number and email are set up for one Board, they will automatically be filled in when you join additional Boards. 

This means that you can't set up that additional profile information before sending the Invitation.  A one-number mistake in the phone number when the Charity B Admin set up your Profile would result in a completely different profile for Charity B whereas a one-letter mistake in the email address would result in the email never being received so a second profile would not be created.
