How to invite and manage board members

Your Board Members' profiles store all the information about each Board Member: their name, position, term history, and more. This article describes how to invite new board members, and how to edit board members' profiles.

Inviting New Board Members

In the left side panel, click "Board Members" to access the Board Members page. This presents your list of current Board Members. To create a new Board Member, click the "Invite Board Member" button.


A new window pops up where you can enter the email address for the new board member, then click "Send Invitation" to invite them.


It's as simple as that! Once the Board Member accepts their invitation, they can set up the rest of their profile details. 

If you ever want to check which Board Members have yet to accept their invitation, click the "Invitations" tab in your Board Member list. That shows you the invitation status for any Board Member who hasn't accepted their My Board View invite yet, and provides an easy way to resend their invitation email. 


Editing Board Members

In the left side panel, click "Board Members" to access the Board Members page. This presents your list of current Board Members. To edit a Board Member's profile, simply click the Board Member's name.


That takes you to their profile, and you can click the pencil icon to make changes to their profile information.


Once you are done, click "Save" to save your changes.
