How to add a note to a record in Desktop

Start off by selecting your donor and clicking on the Contacts icon (Control +F3 keys)



Click on new (1) and type your contact notes (or any notes) in this field (2). The note can be confidential (3).  Click on Ok (4) and then Close (5) to save it.
