What is a Profile in Partner HR?
Profiles of your People can be found by clicking the People tab of the menu bar, or by clicking the number that appears on the Homepage under "Number of People."
The profile consists of two parts:
- On the left is a tile that is visible to all users that are allowed to view other employees or staff. You can control this access under Settings > Setup > Company Configuration.
- On the right is the main Profile that is visible to only the individual person, and those with Administrator access.
1. All Partner HR Admins can access and edit employee Profiles.
2. Supervisors can be granted permission to edit some of the information on employee Profiles.
