 If the customer ever gets an error message like this:




Along with this error:



IF SPS is open, just go to Maintenance-Rebuild Index files and it should take care of the issue.

If SPS is closed (customer can't open it) go to the SPS folder and delete RECTAD01.cdx and restart the application.
