Annual Overview Report-Desktop Report
From your Green Screen, please select Reports > Additional analytical reports > Annual overview
In the Donor Activity Summary for Calendar Year (20xx) window, choose either Calendar year or Fiscal Year. In the Year to Summarize field enter the year you reporting on and then either Preview or Print.
This is what your report would look like.
Definitions:
Continuing Donors have donated the last 2 years.
New Donors have given for the first time in the report period.
New Donors have given for the first time in the report period.
Regained Donors gave this year, but not the previous year.
Active Donor are all of the above.
Lapsed donors gave in the year prior to the report period, but not in the current year. (LYBUNT)
Here is the same report, but for the fiscal year.
Your Continuing Donors (1) are donors who donated the last 2 years.
Your New Donors (2) are your brand new donors.
Your Regained Donors (3) are donors that gave this year, but not the previous year.
These add up to your Active donors (4) for the year in question.
Your lapsed donors (5) gave in the Previous year but not in the current year.
