Top Donors Search

There are 2 ways of finding this information. First way is via a report, the second way is with a Console tip.


Via Report:

From the Green Screen, select Reports-Additional Analytical Reports-Ranking reports

If you have multiple offices, you will be able to select from which office you would like to pull this report from:

Here you will be presented with the Selective Ranked Donor List. Here for this example we have chosen certain criteria. You will be able to Preview it to screen, Save it as an XLS (Excel) file as well.

This is what the Preview to Screen looks like. According to the selected criteria, here are your top donors within the selected time frame.

This is what the excel version looks like. With a basic filter, you are able to view your top donors according to your selected time frame.

Console Tip

The second way is directly from your console. By pulling back the side tab, you are able to see the Lifetime giving tab, by double clicking on it, this will show you your top donors from lowest to highest.
