Scenario 1:
If it is only one batch per bank deposit then the easiest thing to use is the Batch Report. This is the same thing that gets printed out when you post a batch. You can print additional copies by going to the donation entry screen and instead of choosing a batch, click on the "View old batches" button. Find the batch you want, click "View" which will open it in Excel, then print it.
Scenario 2:
If you consolidate multiple batches into one bank deposit then the report will be a little different. Go to the Reports -> Giving by GL -> Choose: "Itemize donation detail" -> Click on the "Donations" button under Additional Filtering -> Create a filter for the batch numbers you want -> Run the report.
How to create a filter for batch #s:
Additional filtering -> Donations -> New ->
Batch Number exactly equals #### OR
Batch Number exactly equals #### OR
Batch Number exactly equals #### <done> Next. No.
Save&Run (or "Run without saving" if you won't use this again)
Then Preview/Print the report!
Scenario 3:
If the batch hasn't been posted yet and you want to view what will be take to the bank, go to the donation entry screen and click on the reports button (NOT reports menu). Choose List Current Batch by Payment Type.
You will then have the choice of including the account info or not. Choose the one that best suits your needs and then click either Preview or Print.

Without Account Info:
And there you have your different options for Batch Reports!
