Using Tags in Silent Partner Cloud
Tags are a useful way to group together records in your Silent Partner Cloud CRM. In this example, we'll tag records as Major Donors.
Create the Tag
Go to CRM in Silent Partner Cloud and click the Gear icon. Select Manage My Tags.
Click the plus sign, enter the Tag you want to create, and click Save and then I'm done.
Filter for the donors you wish to Tag

Tag your records
When you have the records that you wish to Tag, click the Check off all results button, or click each record you wish to include in the tag one by one.
Under Bulk Actions, select Add Selected Donors to a Tag And select the tag and click Go.
Your records will now be tagged! When you select this Tag under My Tags, Silent Partner will recall your list of donors.
