Flagging or marking important records in Silent Partner Desktop
When you mark a record deceased, the font for that record in the donor browse turns orange but did you know you can flag other important records as well?
When you flag a record, the font in the donor detail tab (1) and their row in the donor browse (2) turn orange. Compare this to the deceased donor record. (3)
To flag a record, highlight the record in the donor browse. In this example, I have highlighted Tom Claire's record.
Click the dropdown arrow next to the filter button, and select Flag/Unflag from the menu options. That's it!
You can also highlight the record and use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Spacebar to flag a record even more quickly!
