Manage Passwords and Security Lock Outs in the Cloud

Please note that only Cloud Admins have access.



Once logged onto the Cloud, please select Admin Setting-Cloud Users


Find your user that you need to assist in either their password reset or to unlock their account by clicking on the Green Arrow located at the far right of their name


You are now in the Web User Profile, select the System Access Tab. Here is where an admin can either reset the users password by entering a new password and clicking Update when done. To Unlock account if they've received a Security Lock out error (this is triggered by using the incorrect password 5 times) click on Unlock Account.
